How To Order
Enter the name of the dog as you'd like it to appear on the mug (leave blank if you don't want it included). Then upload your photo, select if you'd like the image printed on both sides of the mug, or the image on the front and the dog's name on the back.
We'll carefully crop the image of your dog and convert it to look like it's been hand painted. We'll then create a mockup of how it will look on the mug and send you a link for approval. For best results we recommend using a photo where there's a good contrast between the dog and the background.
Once you've let us know you're happy with the design, we'll send it to our production team to print on the mug and dispatch.
In order to avoid any lengthy delay in sending out your mug, we ask you approve the design as soon as possible. If we've not heard back from you within 24 hours, we'll assume you're happy with the design and willl send it through to production.
